The Action Plan is below. Without your involvement nothing will be achieved. If you able to assist please contact Sammy Ringer on 5494 3812 or email sammyringer@bigpond.com

Peter Borleis - A Supplier with Soul
The sprightly Peter Borleis created his magical vegetable garden in the backyard of his Palmwoods home over 22 years ago. Peter began by growing what he needed to provide for his family, but he so enjoyed gardening that his entire quarter acre backyard was soon under production. Not only were there leafy vegetables, but host of fruit and citrus trees, and a family of chooks to complete the self sufficiency cycle.

Since 1992 he has held organic status and the garden is regularly inspected by officials to ensure Peter meets the strict compliance codes required for organic certification. Peter loves sharing with others the knowledge he has learned over the years. "The most important thing to creating a vegetable garden," he says "is to love it, have a passion to nurture it, and be prepared to get down and get dirty. If you are mean to your garden and don't fertilise it, mulch it and water it, then your garden will be mean to you."
